Donna Walker has more than thirty years of healthcare experience. In her tenure at IMA, Donna has grown our organization through the development of strategic initiatives to ensure our patient care is second to none. She specializes in aligning our financial and operating strategies to ensure a sustainable and scalable organizational infrastructure.
Tim Pellandini is a healthcare leader with three decades of industry experience. Beginning as a phlebotomist and advancing to a physical therapist, Tim holds dual master’s degrees in physical therapy and healthcare administration. Currently leading IMA Clinical Operations, his passion lies in implementing systems and fostering teams that elevate provider satisfaction, thereby enhancing patient care.
Prashanth Kurupati brings over twenty-five years of Information Technology expertise. Twenty of which have been healthcare focused. He guides his team of IT professionals into making the smartest, most well-informed decisions on how to keep our proprietary and patient information secure.
James Dubrey is a sales executive with over ten years of healthcare experience. With a Master in Business Administration, James brings his expertise in maximizing growth to our patient-centered practice. James guides his team of sales professionals in not just guiding patients to the right doctor to meet their needs but ensures that our patients have the best experience possible.
Karla Muniz has nearly twenty years of Human Resources experience. Karla oversees the Human Resources (HR) and people management strategies. As a people leader she ensures that we attract, retain and develop top talent, while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace that aligns with our Core Values.
Dr. Siren Chudgar is a dedicated healthcare leader with over 20 years of industry experience. With a background spanning health plan, CMS intermediaries, and Value-Based Care organizations, Siren brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Holding both an MD and an MBA, he is a Board-Certified and fully licensed Family Physician. Driven by a passion for ensuring patients receive the right care, at the right time, and in the right setting, Siren is committed to advancing healthcare excellence and outcomes.
Shannon Serio brings over 25 years of finance experience, with 15 of those years dedicated to healthcare. She oversees financial operations, strategic planning, and treasury management at IMA. Shannon holds a master’s in business administration from the University of Tennessee and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Shannon’s commitment to financial excellence and passion for enhancing patient care make her a key member of IMA’s leadership team.
