Dr. Willma Padro joined IMA Medical Group (IMA) in 2021 as a primary care physician. She achieved IMA Partner status in April 2024. This is a special recognition for her exceptional clinical performance, dedication to our patients, and ongoing commitment to loyalty and longevity in the organization.

Dr. Padro has years of experience as a primary care physician, practicing both in Puerto Rico and Central Florida. She has walked multiple paths in the medical field, including working for more than a decade as a staff physician and later as medical director for the Florida State Department of Corrections.

Dr. Willma Padro was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She obtained her medical degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Dr. Padró is fluent in English and Spanish.
