Dr. Tania Falcon joined IMA Medical Group (IMA) in 2018 as a primary care physician. She achieved IMA Partner status in April 2023. This is a special recognition for her exceptional clinical performance, dedication to our patients, and ongoing commitment to loyalty and longevity in the organization.
With over ten years of experience in direct outpatient primary care, Dr. Falcon specializes in diagnosing and treating patients with chronic diseases. After completing her internship, she started working at an emergency room in Puerto Rico. She then worked for a patient-centered medical home before moving to Florida in 2014. Prior to joining IMA, she worked as a physician at a private practice.
Dr. Tania Falcon grew up in Puerto Rico and earned her medical degree from San Juan Bautista School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
