Naicis Chirino joined IMA Medical Group (IMA) in 2020 as a nurse practitioner. With over 18 years of nursing experience, she has acquired hands-on expertise in home health, cardiovascular, ACU and hospice care. She achieved IMA Partner status in April 2024. This is a special recognition for her exceptional clinical performance, dedication to our patients, and ongoing commitment to loyalty and longevity in the organization.
As a nurse, Chirino possesses a strong clinical care background. Before joining IMA, she worked as a clinical documentation specialist for a regional medical center in Orlando. Before that, she acquired valuable experience in hospice care as a registered nurse (RN) for a healthcare provider focused on palliative and end-of-life care.
Naicis Chirino was born in Cuba and graduated from South University, where she obtained her master’s degree in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. Chirino is fluent in both English and Spanish.
