Dr. Miguelina Diroche joined IMA Medical Group (IMA) in 2017 as a primary care physician. She achieved IMA Partner status in April 2023. This is a special recognition for her exceptional clinical performance, dedication to our patients, and ongoing commitment to loyalty and longevity in the organization.

She is highly skilled in providing high quality care in both hospital and clinical settings. Before joining IMA, Dr. Diroche worked as a medical director and served as a volunteer for several organizations, including the Medical Reserve Corps of Puerto Rico and the Community Emergency Response Teams. She has published a research paper with the University of Pennsylvania on the effects of substrate stiffness on cell morphology.

Dr. Miguelina Diroche earned her medical degree from Universidad Iberoamericana, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, in 2008. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
