Dr. Mariel Pinero joined IMA Medical Group (IMA) in 2015 as a primary care physician. She achieved IMA Partner status in April 2023. This is a special recognition for her exceptional clinical performance, dedication to our patients, and ongoing commitment to loyalty and longevity in the organization.
Prior to joining IMA, Dr. Pinero served as a medical director in Puerto Rico and worked as a primary care physician in several emergency departments, including private practice.
Dr. Mariel Pinero earned her medical degree from the San Juan Bautista School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
