Katerine Insuasti joined IMA Medical Group in 2024. She brings a commitment to optimizing outcomes and enhancing the quality of life for her adult and gerontological patients, blending evidence-based guidelines with clinical expertise and a personalized approach to care.

Before joining IMA, she facilitated seamless transitions of care, coordinated complex treatment plans, and provided patients with vital community resources to prevent hospital readmissions. Her work in these roles ensured comprehensive continuity of care for patients with chronic conditions, while her experience as a Clinical Nurse Educator further contributed to developing nursing practices and hospital initiatives.

Katerine Insuasti earned her Post-Master's Certification as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from Florida Southern College. She also holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Nurse Education and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Katerine is an active member of the American Nursing Association and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and holds multiple certifications, including Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Basic Life Support.
