Dr. Norali Hernandez joined IMA Medical Group (IMA) in 2020. She achieved IMA Partner status in April 2024. This is a special recognition for her exceptional clinical performance, dedication to our patients, and ongoing commitment to loyalty and longevity in the organization.

Her extensive medical experience includes family medicine, pediatrics, general surgery, gynecology, and psychiatry. Before joining IMA, she was Chief Medical Officer for a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) services practice. She also served as a physician and acting Chief Health Officer for the Osceola County Health Department, and worked for the Florida Department of Corrections for 10 years.  

Her extensive medical experience includes family medicine, pediatrics, general surgery, gynecology and psychiatry. Prior to joining IMA, she was medical director of a federally qualified health center (FQHC) services practice. She also served as physician and interim health director for the Osceola County Health Department and worked for the Florida Department of Corrections for 10 years.

Dr. Norali Hernandez earned her medical degree from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, Mexico. She also volunteers as an affiliate instructor at the College of Medicine at the University of Central Florida. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
